Every week
The capture station
A fixed frame, the member’s own phone, foot marks, soft light. Same pose, same spot. No staff member has to watch it.
One use case · For a gym chain
One application of the ecosystem. A capture station, a booth day, a record the member keeps. Other offerings cover trainers, clinics, and employers. This page shows the club case.
Trial to member
A reason to join, on their own body, on day one.
Day 30
A review that answers whether it is working yet.
Day 90
The week-12 card. The photo stays the photo.
What the chain gets
Every week
A fixed frame, the member’s own phone, foot marks, soft light. Same pose, same spot. No staff member has to watch it.
On rotation
Members get an anchor scan. Prospects get a week-0 frame and a date to come back. An acquisition event, not a machine that sits idle.
The card
What the member keeps
Baseline. Nothing has moved yet.
Shoulders moved. waist still.
Week 1 is the baseline. Week 12 shows what moved. Shoulders wider, waist the same. The photo is never redrawn.
How we know it worked
The measure
Trial-to-member, and day-30 return, against the gym’s usual trials.
Not the measure
Footfall. Dwell. Shares. Downloads.
Who sees the photo
The member. Anyone they choose. Default is no one else.
What we will not say
That a body photo is a medical result, or that a morph is progress.
The ask
01
Agree the holdout
Trial-to-member and day-30, written down before the first photo.
02
Stand up the station
A corner, a frame, three height presets. The member’s phone.
03
Run booth day
On a set rotation. Members and prospects. A date to come back.
Price is per site, or per active member. Set in the pilot, not before the holdout is agreed.
